Team Leaders

CAra Fowler

South River

Cara has been a leader at South River high school since 2020 where she also coaches girls' volleyball. Cara lives in Annapolis with her husband, Noah. We're blessed to have Cara on our staff and leadership team!

Sam Harrison

Severna Park

Sam has lived most of his life in Anne Arundel County and has recently joined Young Life staff after graduating from Towson University in 2022. He’s excited to be back in the area and be a part of what God is doing in his hometown!

John Cavallaro

Annapolis

John serves as the Team Lead for both Annapolis Young Life. He is also the Next Gen Pastor at Downtown Hope. John's heart for ministry and outreach is a tremendous blessing to our area!

Connor Williams

Area Director

Connor has been on Young Life staff for the past 7 years. He is the team lead for Broadneck high school where he also coaches soccer. Connor and his wife, Sarah, recently moved to Maryland and are excited to see what the Lord has in store for our area!

 

Allison Pleasant

Committee Chair

Allison came to know Christ as a teen in Young Life and met her husband, Ben, years later at a Young Life summer camp. She also served as a leader with Severna Park in 2017. Allison currently lives in Davidsonville with her husband, son, and their dog, Boomer.

Caroline Beylo

Area Admin

Caroline manages the administrative needs for Anne Arundel County Young Life. She lives in Annapolis with her husband, Brandon, and their dog, Murphy.
